Toyah Taylor (Cemap) (cerer) - Mortgage and Insurance Advisor

I began my journey in the mortgage industry nine years ago as a mortgage administrator apprentice at a local independent firm in Cornwall.

In 2018, I became one of the youngest people in the UK to achieve the CeMAP qualification, and the following year I expanded my expertise by earning the CeRER qualification in equity release. I was then promoted to mortgage paraplanner, where I had the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced broker who had over 15 years in the industry and a large, loyal client base. He truly taught me everything I know.

After seven years with that firm, I was ready for a new challenge and made the move to a larger, more corporate company. Within just 18 months, I became one of the top advisors in the country - an achievement I’m especially proud of as a girl from Cornwall!

That success made me reflect on what matters most to me: offering a personal, tailored service to every client. So, I decided to launch my own business with a clear vision - to make mortgage advice simple, stress-free, and genuinely supportive.

Over the years, I’ve remained dedicated to guiding people through the often overwhelming world of mortgages. I’m passionate about offering honest, personalised advice and helping clients achieve what they once thought was out of reach
